    FAQs About the Service

    1. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
IF CANCELLATION IS MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL BY AN ATTENDEE BEFORE NOVEMBER 30, 2016, A REFUND OF 50% OF YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE ISSUED, LESS TRANSACTION FEES. AFTER NOVEMBER 30, 2016 NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

    2. What do I need to board the bus?
When checking in for our bus, please show us your PDF ticket and a valid photo ID (drivers license, non drivers license, passport or NYC ID card). The ticket is sent to you in an email with your confirmation and credit card receipt. You may show your ticket on your smartphone or other device or print it out.

    3. What time should I arrive to board the bus?
We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the stated departure time on our schedule above. We depart all locations on time based on the GPS device located aboard the bus, weather and traffic pending.

    4. How many bags can I bring with me on the trip?
Each guest is allowed two (2) carry on bags and two (2) pieces of luggage that can be stored under the bus in the luggage bay. You MUST be able to store your carry on in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you upon request of our staff at any time during the trip. No bags may be stored in the aisle of the bus.

    5. Are you able to accommodate passengers who require the use of a wheelchair?
Guests who require the use of a wheelchair during their travel with us MUST indicate this need when they are reserving their tickets online.

    6. When I reserve a seat here on Eventbrite, what exactly am I purchasing?
When you purchase here on Eventbrite, you are reserving ONE (1) spot on our trip to Killington Mountain. All packages include round trip transportation from New York to Killington and lodging accommodations at the Comfort Inn Trolley Square complex. Depending on your ticket type, your package may include a ski lift ticket valid for 2 days.

    7. How can I reserve multiple spots in one transaction?
Eventbrite gives you the option to reserve multiple spots for you and the other members of your small group in one transaction. Please note – unlike other events where only your name on all the tickets will suffice, we REQUIRE each person attending our trip to list their name, address and email for each registration. ONE TICKET = ONE NAME. While you can pay for all the tickets at one time (and pay for the balance with one payment), the resort requires a complete guest list with all attendee names for security purposes. Failure to submit all names may result in unnecessary delays and additional costs upon arrival.

    8. Do I have to stay with the group for the entire weekend?
No. This is your weekend and what happens in Vermont is completely up to you. You will be with the group while travelling to and from New York on the motorcoach and will need to check out of your room and load your luggage onto the motorcoach on Sunday, February 5th at 8:00am and 9:15am. While you will have multiple opportunities to meet other people and build relationships throughout this experience, you are not obligated to participate in any set activities upon arrival.

    9. What’s so special about taking a bus up to Vermont?
It’s not really about the vehicle, but it’s about the communal experience of travelling together as a community to a destination. It also doesn’t hurt that while our professional motorcoach operator is driving the 5+ hours to and from Vermont, you’ll have the opportunity to catch up on some sleep or get some work done en-route.

    10. Who is CoTo Travel and what do you do?
CoTo Travel is a tour, event and transportation company reinventing how you connect with people, ideas, and places. We bring people together to meet & collaborate through tours & events focusing on business, education and professional development as well as regional one day leisure getaways by bus.In 2016, we launched a special services brand called Breakliner, which offers direct routes from college campuses to major metropolitan areas for students to travel home during break periods.
