Bus Stop Locations

SUNY Cortland – Corey Union
*Bus boards at the entrance of Corey Union building, except the June 19th & June 23rd Transfer Orientations. These event bus trips will drop-off and pick-up at the Moffett bus stop and the group will be escorted to the check-in area a short distance away.

Nanuet/Clarkstown
Bus stops at the bus stop shelter on Forman Drive (not the one on Route 59 South), next to the I-287 West sign – the shelter is also next to the Clarkstown information sign



NYC Midtown Manhattan – near Penn Station
Bus stops at 888 6th Avenue on the southeast corner of 32nd Street in front of NYC Gift Store. This stop is approximately one block east from Penn Station.

Connections available to:

  • MTA NYCT Subway (D)(F)(N)(Q) to the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and various locations in Manhattan
  • MTA Express Buses to Staten Island, the Bronx and Brooklyn (within two blocks)
  • Long Island Railroad to Long Island
  • NJ Transit to various locations in New Jersey

Bus stops at the Park and Ride lot bus shelter located off Exit 49 of the Long Island Expressway at the North service road off of Pinelawn Road before you reach Route 110.

 

FAQs About the Service

1. When I purchased my ticket online, all I received was a PayPal receipt. How do I get my tickets?
When you purchase your ticket, you will receive two emails, one from PayPal and the other from our ticket company, Eventbee. If you do not immediately see the second email from Eventbee that says “tickets – Your Bus Reservation & Tickets” please check your Spam folder. We have received reports that all email accounts connected to Gmail, have had their reservations placed in the Spam folder.

2. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please note that reservations made for this service are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Any cancellation made by a purchasing party will result in a full forfeiture of payment.

3. What do I need to board the bus?
When checking in for our bus, please show us your PDF ticket and a valid photo ID (drivers license, non drivers license, passport or NYC ID card). The ticket is sent to you in an email with your confirmation and credit card receipt. You may show your ticket on your smartphone or other device or print it out.

4. What time should I arrive to board the bus?
We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the stated departure time on our schedule above. We depart all locations on time based on the GPS device located aboard the bus, weather and traffic pending. CoTo Travel will make every effort to communicate any delays you may experience via text message to the phone number you provide us when possible.

5. Will my car be safe and secured at the park and ride locations listed?
The park and ride locations have been selected based on their central location, lighting and shelter features and track record as stops for other bus operators and carpooling programs, as permitted by the NYSDOT. That said, we are not able to guarantee any assurance of safety or security in these lots if you choose to park your car. You park your car at your own risk and CoTo Travel shall not assume any liability for lost, stolen or damaged vehicles left in these parking lots.

6. How many bags can I bring with me on the trip?
Each guest is allowed two (2) carry on bags and two (2) pieces of luggage that can be stored under the bus in the luggage bay. You MUST be able to store your carry on in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you upon request of our staff at any time during the trip. No bags may be stored in the aisle of the bus.

7. Are you able to accommodate passengers who require the use of a wheelchair?
Guests who require the use of a wheelchair during their travel with us MUST indicate this need when they are reserving their tickets online.
