General Information

Trip Details:

  • Our service will depart from Midtown Manhattan on 6th Avenue between 31st and 32nd Streets, midblock at the MTA Bus Stop
  • Buses are scheduled to depart at 7:00am. We suggest arriving for this bus at least 15 minutes prior to departure
  • Approximate trip time from Midtown Manhattan to Philadelphia is 3 hours, with a projected arrival of 10:00am.
  • The projected departure time from our designated stop location in Philadelphia is 8:30pm. This time may change once the Papal Mass schedule is finalized.
  • Once reserved, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.


Our charter buses are among the few officially registered and permitted to enter the City of Philadelphia for this event. 

While our stop location will be within the City of Philadelphia, our charter buses WILL NOT be allowed to drop you off at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, where the Papal Mass will be held, due to road closures and security restrictions. 


About the Papal Mass Event:

  • Approximately two weeks prior to your departure, you will receive detailed information regarding our stop location and directions on how to get to and from the event.
  • We have been advised by The World Meeting of Families that guests attending the Papal Mass may need to walk “several miles” from our stop location to the event. We are working with the appropriate authorities to finalize this plan and will announce once known.
  • The Papal Mass is expected to begin sometime mid-afternoon. The event will take place outdoors along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.  This will be an all-weather event and you can expect to stand for multiple hours at a time.  There will be portable restrooms along the Parkway available for your use.
