We only partner with quality transportation providers to provide the best possible experience for each and every guest, from booking your reservation (individual ticket or charter bus) to checking in and riding your motorcoach. Our stringent requirements for our partners dictate that they must hold the highest rating possible from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA), “Satisfactory,” and must hold a minimum of $5 Million in Liability Insurance in order for us to work with them. In most cases, our staff personally inspects our fleet partner’s equipment and facilities to ensure that they meet your expectations.
Our company offers specialized bus transportation services for events, organizations and individuals throughout the year. These services include:
- BREAKLINER – Transportation for college students travelling to and from home for break periods
- COLLEGE TOURS – Event transportation for families travelling to Admissions Open House programs
- INTERCITY BUS – Limited city to city express services for individuals in the Northeast
- EVENTLINER – Customized public line transportation for individuals travelling to events
Our services depart from central locations throughout the Northeast, which each stop carefully suggested for the safety and convenience of our guests. In major cities, stops are located near transit terminals and comfort facilities (i.e. food vendors, restaurants, public restroom facilities) whenever possible. In less densely populated areas, most trips will stop at or near a hotel, mall or park and ride facility to meet these same considerations.
For most publicly available trips, CoTo Travel will operate full size deluxe motorcoaches with standard features such as high back seats, individual climate control and lighting, panoramic windows and a restroom. In rare circumstances when demand is lower than expected, our company may substitute a full size motorcoach for a minibus or van to operate the schedule. Should this occur, the driver will make comfort stops every 2 hours or as directed by CoTo Travel management in order for guests to use restroom facilities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE REQUEST ALL TRIPS OPERATED BY COTO TRAVEL TO INCLUDE WIFI AND POWER OUTLETS, WE DO NOT AND CANNNOT GUARANTEE THEIR AVAILABILITY NOR THEIR OPERATING CONDITION.
