• Our bus company partners thoroughly clean their motorcoaches with a disinfectant solution on a daily basis.
• The bathrooms on our buses are supplied either with alcohol-based hand sanitizers or cleansing wipes.

We encourage all passengers to visit the website of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which provides up-to-date information on COVID-19.
Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and is reported to be contagious. Our current knowledge of the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected, show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known cure for COVID-19, at this time. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.
Despite significant efforts to regularly clean all vehicles and equipment used to transport passengers and take appropriate measures to mitigate the presence of, or exposure to the COVID-19 virus, CoTo Travel, its bus company partners and partner institutions, cannot prevent you [or your child(ren), family and guests] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing CoTo Travel’s services. Actual presence of the virus is an unknown and it is not possible to always safeguard said vehicles and equipment against the presence of the disease.
Therefore, if you choose to utilize CoTo Travel’s services and/or enter onto/into CoTo Travel’s premises or buses, you assume any/all risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.
CoTo Travel encourages all passengers to wear proper face/breathing protection, follow CDC guidance and bring their own personal protective equipment (disinfectant, face masks, protective gloves, etc.)
Temporary policy change on ticket exchanges:
We recognize that there is a level of concern and uncertainty regarding the Coronavirus and potential effects of possible travel related outbreaks. We are in contact with our partner colleges and will abide by CDC guidelines for the safety of all who travel with us.
If you’re unable to take your scheduled trip for any reason, please send us an EMAIL. If you contact us at least ONE HOUR PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, we will waive our normal terms and conditions (No Exchanges) and issue you a credit that you can use for another trip, based on availability. This way, you will not lose the value of your ticket purchase.
Passengers who do not inform us of their cancellation prior to this deadline by email will not receive any credit.
